Seven clear steps — from finding your puppy to welcoming them home. No surprises, no pressure, no hidden fees.

The ImperialPaws adoption process is built around one principle: every placement should be calm, clear, and completely honest. We walk alongside every family from first browse to final handover — here is exactly what to expect.

Step 1

Browse Available Puppies

Start by exploring our available puppy listings. Each profile includes photos, breed details, gender, age, and the listed adoption fee. Take your time — there is no rush and no account required to browse.

Step 2

Submit Your Application

Click "Apply to Adopt" on the puppy's detail page and fill in your household information. This helps us understand your home environment and readiness. No payment is requested at this stage — ever.

Step 3

Review & Approval (24–48 hrs)

Every application is read personally by our breeder — no automated screening. We consider your household setup, experience with the breed, and overall suitability. We may follow up with a question or two if needed.

Step 4

Receive Your Approval Email

If approved, you will receive an email from info@imperialpaws.pet confirming your approval and the puppy's adoption fee — which is the exact price shown on the listing, with no hidden charges added.

Step 5

Invoice Issued & Payment Arranged

A formal adoption invoice is issued to you directly. You reply to let us know what payment method you have available, and we will send our payment details to you privately by email.

We will NEVER ask for payment via random links, third-party strangers, or social media messages. If anyone contacts you claiming to collect payment on our behalf — it is not us.

Step 6

Payment Confirmed → Puppy Reserved

Once your payment is confirmed, your puppy's listing is immediately updated to Sold and reserved exclusively under your name. From this moment, no other applicant can be placed with your puppy.

Step 7

Pickup or Delivery Arranged

We coordinate timing directly with you. Depending on your location, your puppy can travel via a professional flight nanny (an experienced pet transport companion) or be collected via local pickup. We will guide you through every detail to ensure your puppy arrives safely and comfortably.

Our Buyer Trust Guarantee

We hold ourselves to a strict standard of transparency. Every family who works with ImperialPaws can count on the following:

✅ Exact adoption fee — the price you see on the listing is the price you pay. No processing fees, no surprise charges added later.
✅ No payment until you are approved and have reviewed and accepted your formal invoice. We will never rush you.
✅ We NEVER ask for payment via random links, strangers, or social media DMs. Payment details are only shared by us, directly to you, via our official email.
✅ All communication is via info@imperialpaws.pet only. We do not communicate through third-party messaging apps, Facebook, or WhatsApp groups for payment matters.
✅ Your puppy is not marked Sold until payment is confirmed. The listing status is updated only after funds are received and verified — your reservation is not assumed or tentative.

Submitting an application does not guarantee approval, reserve a puppy, or create any payment obligation. Approval is at the breeder's sole discretion, based on household suitability and the puppy's best interest.
